• Vault Data: Any coin data, imagery, descriptions, and metadata you upload to your personal inventory.
• Usage Data: We monitor system logs and AI Token usage to prevent abuse and improve the AI Vision scraper engine.
• Financial Data: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number or raw billing details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is utilized strictly for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and personalize your CoinData vault.
• To generate accurate AI market valuations and eBay sales estimates.
• To communicate essential account updates, security alerts, and subscription notices.
• To aggregate anonymous, non-identifiable statistics (such as "Noodle Hunting" regional success rates).

3. Third-Party Integrations

To provide advanced features, we share minimal required data with trusted third parties:

• OpenAI: When you use the AI Vision scanner, images and text prompts are securely sent to OpenAI's API for processing. Your data is not used to train their public models.
• Stripe: Used for secure subscription and token billing.
• Marketplaces (eBay): We pull public data from eBay to formulate estimates, but your personal Vault data is never pushed to public marketplaces without your explicit action.

4. Data Security & Storage

We employ multi-tenant architecture and industry-standard security protocols to isolate and protect your collection data. Our servers utilize SSL encryption, and passwords are cryptographically hashed. However, no digital transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your Vault data for as long as your account is active. If your Pro subscription lapses, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier, but your data will not be immediately deleted. You have the right to request a complete account deletion at any time by contacting support.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and secure your account. We do not use intrusive third-party tracking or advertising cookies on the CoinData vault application.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice within the application before the changes take effect.
